Liability
Evelia is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by the user for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
